Welcome in 2021 by connecting with your inner knowing through movement and dance. This class combines meditation and an all-levels yoga flow session with intervals of freestyle groovin’.
The combination of yoga, dance, and introspection will help to release emotions and establish the mind-body connection so your intuition can enter your awareness and begin to communicate.
Julia will explain the different types of “intuitive information” that can be observed in the body throughout the class, and at the end, you’ll be encouraged to write down and document the powerful information & insights that came to light.
