When we open our awareness to our inner world with radical respect and compassion, we begin to experience the fullness and the magic of life. 

This is also a key component to developing our intuition. By tapping into powerful information housed inside of us, we learn to navigate life in a soul-aligned way.

Unearthing the inner wisdom in our emotions, our bodies, our energy, and our thoughts, and addressing those elements with compassion, allows us to see things in a new light, and to feel connected with ourselves and the world around us.

Join Yoga for Cultivating Self-Compassion this Saturday at 10am PST | 1pm EST for a gentle yoga flow practice with meditations for developing self-compassion and inner world awareness.
